Our Technical Support team will ensure seamless installation of your Solicitor Case Manager system. The team visit your offices and work alongside your workforce to identify work practices that are specific to the organisation.

Installation & Training

Once the system is installed all the members of staff are thoroughly trained. Training sessions are provided to all user groups with emphasis placed on their individual system requirements.

OPSIS interfaces are extremely user friendly and users find that the icons and symbols used in our software are both easy to learn and more importantly, to remember. The number of days allocated to staff training is agreed at the point of sale.

Extra training days can be purchased when new members of staff are employed or if you feel your Practice needs a refresher course for existing staff.
