  • Set credit and budget limit percentages with corresponding action to be taken when each percentage is exceeded, e.g. 80% Confirm, 100% Authorise, 110% Prevent.

Document Management - Optional Module
  • Millennium integrates with HotDocs Software from Capsoft and Microsoft Word for an in-built document composition module.
  • Automates standard letters/document production.
  • Sophisticated, yet intuitive dialogue settings for the insertion of appropriate values, conditional clauses, paragraphs, etc.
  • Attach and store all types of documents and files directly to clients and matters, e.g. Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, scanned images such as Bitmap, JPEG, GIF formats, Adobe Acrobat PDF documents, Hotdocs Forms, Powerpoint presentations; all will open in the appropriate software that their type is registered for.
  • Build up a documentation folder for each client and view its contents easily.

Time Recording - Optional Module
  • Single time entry and miscellaneous charge entry methods.
  • Full Timesheet entry program.
  • Time Ledger Enquiries.
  • Easy to manage but sophisticated time recording functionality will ensure all time is captured, recorded and posted accurately and efficiently.
  • Fee Earners can work "off-line" on their own local database on their laptops, and to continue time recording remotely. A simple click of the button will update back into the main database.   • Easily produce analysis reports for Work in Progress activity categories, fee earners, fee types, etc.
  • Time Recording is a feature of Millennium Accounts and Solo which optionally integrate with the additional time-recording features of Solicitor Case Manager, e.g. document generation, letter and e-mail preparation time, desktop timer, Microsoft Outlook integrated e-mail generation and timing.
