OPSIS Product Documentation

This page provides links to various product related documentation. You will find links to Manuals, User Guides, Help Sheets and Training Notes. Most documents are in Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF = Portable Document Format), for which you will need to download/install the Adobe Acrobat Reader (just once per computer).

Please note that most of these links are password protected for use by our customers only.

To download documents marked with an asterisk* you will require a login name and password. Please contact Opsis either by telephone on +44 (0)1780 764947 orrequesting the Document Downloads Password.

To view the documents (once your computer has the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed), just click the heading text link in the left hand column. When the document has displayed in your browser, Acrobat Reader allows you to Save the document locally on your computer.

Alternatively to download the file directly to your computer for later viewing with Acrobat Reader you can right-click the links in the right-hand column, then choose "Save Target As..." and select a folder to save the documents to your computer.

Make a note of where you saved the document(s).

After you have saved a local copy of the document, you can just re-open it in Acrobat Reader to read or print it out.

Please be patient - some of the documents are quite large.

Legal Forms (Oyez)*

Solicitor Case Manager integrates with Oyez Forms. You can add Legal Forms to individual cases in SCM similar to the way you would add a document. The additional benefit of using Legal Forms with SCM is that Forms can be populated with information from the case when they are added. To specify what case information should appear on each Form, SCM fields must be mapped to fields on the Legal Form to create a “Map File”.
